Our Commitment to you

1. At every stage of the process, we at New Doors will support you in achieving your goals
and objectives

2. We will guide you with what steps you will need to take in order to achieve success.

3. If a strategy or action plan fails to achieve its desired result, we’ll work with you to find a
new approach until you are successful.

4. We will not give up on you or your dreams. Ever.

5. If we don’t know the answer or solution to a problem you face, we’ll find it or we’ll find
someone who can help you.

Your Commitment to us

1. You’ll do the work including any assignments that are given, especially when it is hard
and especially when it doesn’t seem like it’s worth it.

2. 1. You hav secured a partial scholarship on the regular tuition of $1997 per month.
Hence, monthly payments of $888 / €888 need to be paid promptly before the start of
each month. Minimum duration of engagement is for a period of 3 months.

3. You will ask for help and guidance as needed.

4. You support our business and refer members of your wider community.

5. You are committed to (not just interested) accomplish your goals, and will follow through
on your promises, ideas and intentions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Thank you for accepting our offer to present Services to you. By signing this agreement,
you agree that these Terms and Conditions form a contract between you and us.

2. We have all the rights, title and interest in all intellectual property used in performing
the Services (subject to the rights of the presenters and/or coaches) and all intellectual
property we may develop as a result of the performance of the Services.

3. In performing the Services for you, we do not transfer rights to you in any intellectual
property, and the title to all such intellectual property remains with us.

4. If, at any time or for whatever reason, you decide you do not wish to receive the
Services, you will not be eligible for a refund of any monies you have paid to us under this
agreement. In addition, you will be liable to pay the balance amount for the services
provided, even in the event that you no longer wish to attend.

5. You hereby acknowledges that you will be trained in confidential material that is
considered "trade secret".

6. You shall not record any portion of the event or program.

7. You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing, while not viewing us as a
substitute for medical attention and care.

8. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Doors LLC or its employees for any
liabilities or damages to you.

By signing this agreement, you agree to the above contractual terms and conditions.
