การยกเลิก/คืนเงินตั๋วอินเตอร์เน็ต ทำได้ 2 วิธี Cancellation of online ticket can be done in 2 ways.

1. ผู้จองตั๋วทำการยกเลิกผ่านทางอินเตอร์เน็ต
2. ผู้จองตั๋วนำตั๋วมาขอยกเลิก/คืนเงินที่สถานีรถไฟ
3. เฉพาะตั๋วที่ชำระเงินผ่าน QR Code พร้อมเพย์ ต้องขอยกเลิกคืนเงินที่สถานี
รถไฟเท่านั้น

1. Online dticket.railway.co.th, from the same account through
booking was made.
2. At the booking counter in railway station.
Refer dticket.railway.co.th for help & detail instructions.
3. Only the ticket paid by QR Code or Promptpay that must contact
the train station for refunding.
