SUBJECT: FIXED TERM APPOINTMENT LETTER

Mr. Ajinkya Diwakar,

This has reference to your application and subsequent discussions we had with you. One of our
clients engaged in essential services required manpower to cater the business demand during
the period of restrictions imposed by the government. We are pleased to appoint you
As Delivery Executive on contractual basis for a fixed period of on salary as detailed in
Annexure-I, on the following terms and conditions

1. Your appointment is being made purely on contractual basis commencing from 18-Sep-
2023 for which will automatically come to an end on 30-Nov-2023 without any notice or
compensation.

2. Since your appointment is being made for a specified fixed period and purpose of
executing delivery of essential goods during the COVID-19 pandemic on pro rata daily
wages, you will neither have any right nor a lien on the job held by you. You will be paid
pro rata daily wages only for the days that you report for work. You will not be entitled to
a pay wages for the days that you have not worked whatsoever the reason is including
but not limited to Government restrictions/ civil / social disturbance.

3. Your initial place of posting will be at our client’s establishment at Ghodbandar Hub.

4. Your services are liable to be transferred to any existing or future department, office or
establishment forming part of the company, our client or to any of its associates in India,
without adversely effecting your remuneration and such posting will be governed by the
rules as related to such appointments.

5. You will be eligible for leave and other benefits as per the Company policy.

6. Your duties will include for efficient, satisfactory and economical operation in the area of
responsibility that may be assigned to you from time to time and will maintain a high
standard of loyalty, efficiency, integrity and secrecy.

7. This appointment can be terminated by either party by giving 15 days’ notice in writing,
or 15 days salary in lieu of notice period without assigning any reason. In case of such
premature termination, no compensation or remaining wages for unexpired period of
contractual and fixed period of employment will be payable to you except 15 days’ notice
period or notice pay in lieu of notice period.
8. Your continuance in service of the Company is subject to your remaining physically and
mentally fit.

9. As and when required by the management, you will submit yourself to medical
examination by a physician of the choice of the management.

10. You will be governed by the rules, regulations and such other practices, systems,
procedures and policies framed by the Company or its client where you have been
deputed from time to time. You will also be governed by the laws enacted by the local
authority, State Government or Central Government as applicable to you from time to
time.

11. You will always maintain high standards of secrecy and maintain the confidentiality of
the records, documents and any other information relating to the business of the
Company which may be known to you or confided in you by any means and shall use
only in a duly authorized manner in the interest of the Company. At the time of
relinquishment of your service/employment for any reasons, you will return all the
Company records, documents and other information to the Company immediately if they
are in your possession in any manner and shall not attempt to retain copies of any data,
records, know-how or information of the Company.

12. In case Background Verification is negative or any document submitted is found fake
then the employee would be terminated with immediate effect without any notice pay.

13. Upon termination of your employment with the Company, you shall forthwith return to the
Company all the assets and property of the Company in your possession or under your
control.

14. In matters not herein specified, you will be governed by such rules of the management as are in
force from time to time.
