Patient is continent both bowel and bladder.

Patient and the family were taught as to the value of self-care management.To encourage him to maximize his potential in performing the Activity daily livings on his own level.
Positive re-enforcement is highly advised for the family members.

Patient and the family and his family members educate about clear communication because it is an essential element of disaster planning and response.

The family and relatives were deeply encouraged to support patient all thorough out the process of rehabilitation and full recovery is reached. Positive re-enforcements and
motivation must be done by the family members, friends and relatives.
