The line graph below shows the production of paper, wood pulp and

sawn-wood in the UK from 1980 to 2000.

A glance at the graph provided the manufacture of paper, wood pulp and sawn-wood in

Britain during the time period from 1980 to 2000

It is evident from the information supplied that paper and packing was the topped list over

the time in consideration. Paper and packing fluctuated at somewhere between 230 million

tonnes and 250 million tonnes prior to year ,before rising significantly to 35o million tonnes in

2000.In stark contrast , sawn-wood followed a period of exponential decreasing , with the

production of forest industry in the United Kingdom reaching a trough of 150 million tonnes in

1990. The decade saw a rapid decline to somewhere in the vicinity of 120 million tonnes in

2000.Decreasing from approximately 170 million tonnes to 150 million tonnes in prior 1990 ,

wood pulp then soared to a high of 160 million tonnes in 2000. To sum up,the ratio of these

productions varied substantially over the specified period,
