• Cancellation allowed 3 days prior to Check In date. The hotel reserves the right to charge a
penalty for the duration of the stay if cancelled within the cancellation period if it is a long
duration reservation of more than 2 days.
• If the guest cancels 3 days prior before arrival, a payment gateway charges shall be levied on
the total amount paid and accordingly refund will be processed.
• In case the guest cancels within 72 hours of check-in or on the day of check-in, 100% charges
of the stay shall be charged as penalty.

All guest are to ensure the COVID-19 protcols as per government guidelines.
All guest needs to be present valid photo id proof at the time of check in. The hotel reserves
right to admission.
The standard check in time is 12 noon and the check out time is 11 am. Early check in and late
check out might be chargeable and subject to availability.
Children from 0-6 years of age can stay free of cost without an extra bed. Children from 7-12
years might need a extra bed and therefore extra adult charges of 1200 shall be levied for the
same. Extra guest charges is 1200 per adult per night.
One can make the booking and secure the same by paying in advance.

In case of any discrepancy by the guest the hotel reserves right to admission and the same is at
complete discretion of the property.

initiated within 35 working days and the amount will be reflected in the guests account within
