Dear Ignacio Arzuaga,

Congratulations! You are invited to attend our International


School of Fundraising in March 27 to 31, 2012.

On March 30th, 2012 you will be granted with the “Global


Leadership Award” for your dedication to the conservative
cause, professionalism and impacting work internationally.

This award will be provided by the Leadership Institute, the


Bow Group, The Howard Center and the Word Congress of
Families.

The Global Leader Awards is an annual award granted by the Bow


Group, UK, the Howard Center, The World Congress of Families
and the Leadership Institute, US and other patrons and
sponsors.

The Bow Group, the Howard Center, The World Congress of


Families and The Leadership Institute promote constructive UK,
U.S. and worldwide leadership and engagement in international
affairs based on the central role of meeting the international
challenges of the 21st century from a conservative
perspective.

The Award embodies a non-partisan network of leaders who aim


to bring ideas to power and to give power to ideas by
stimulating dialogue and discussion about critical
international conservative issues with a view to enriching
public debate and promoting consensus on appropriate responses
in the administration, the congress, the corporate and
nonprofit sectors, and the media in the United States, United
Kingdom and around the world.

Conducting conservative educational and exchange programs for


successor generations of UK, U.S. and worldwide leaders so
that they will come to value U.S.-UK and international
engagement and have the knowledge and understanding necessary
to develop effective policies.

Through its diverse networks, the sponsors, patrons and


grantors of the award will build broad constituencies to
support constructive U.S.-UK and worldwide leadership and
policies.

This annual award is given to alumnus, partners or speakers


who have exemplified commitment to conservative values
internationally by volunteering their time in an effort to
enhance and further the mission of grantor organizations.

The recipient of this award has contributed greatly to


increasing the value of our programs and the conservative
principles imparted to our delegates.

Criteria:
 The recipient must be an alumnus, speaker or partner of
the Bow Group, UK, the Howard Center, USA, The World
Congress of Families, USA and/or The Leadership
Institute, US.

 The recipient must volunteer a considerable amount of


time to the Bow Group, the Howard Center, The World
Congress of Families and/or The Leadership Institute,
either by recruiting students for program participation,
serving in the alumni mentoring program, providing
recommendations for internships, speaking at our
international events or contributing with the overall
mission of the grantor organizations.

 The recipient has not previously received an award in


this category.

 The recipient must be able to attend the award ceremony


and Gala Dinner at the Wellington College in Crowthorne,
Berkshire, United Kingdom in March 30, 2012.
