EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

I chethan M, currently pursuing my graduation in bachelor of Commerce with

accountancy and Finance at GFGC Peenya
 B com is an undergraduate program under NEP scheme. Through this
course connect the class room learning to real world environment, an
individual can learn practice, professional and the technical skills
associated with many of the procedures of financial analysis and
accounting standards.
 Bangalore university B.com programme we are having a subject internship
in which we have to work hands on training under an Auditor with
reference to Jenushree Agritech for a period of 6-8 weeks.
 As a part of academic, I did my internship at Auditor Office for Jenushree
Agritech for 45 days, In this period I have learnt the process of
incorporation of partnership firm.
 This project is about my internship & detail information about the task
which had been undertaken by me during this internship period.

About The Industry

Jenushree Agritech was established in the 17 th February 2024. It was

started with the objectives of serving farming community by providing
best quality product. Company has well qualified, experienced
professionals who work constantly to provide best quality product for
agricultural activities. They are the manufacturers of micro nutrient,
secondary nutrient fertilizer and organic products. GROWFLEX is the
brand through which all the products are marketed.

It mainly focuses on micro nutrients and growth promoters required for

farmers. Company has qualified staffs in the plant with the systematic
manufacturing unit which gives quality products. The company made his
way because of the quality purpose. With the tagline of COMMITTED TO
QUALITY.
GST REGISTRATION

MEANING OF GST
Clauses 366 (12A) of the constitution bills defines GST as “goods and
service tax” means any tax on supply of goods or services or both except taxes on
the supply of the liquor for human consumption. Further the clause 366 (26A) of
the bill services means anything other than goods.

PURPOSE OF GST
1. Simplyfying the tax system
2. Removing the cascading effect
3. Helps small business avoid lengthy taxation process
4. Reduction of corruption and sales without receipts
5. Bringing accountability and regulations to unorganised sector.

TYPES OF GST IN INDIA

 CSGT (Central goods and service tax): to be levied by the center.

