CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS TEAM

1. Organizes program teams per subject area


2. List roles and functions of each program area subject team
3. Convenes regularly with School Head, Implementation Team and SQMT
4. Record best practices, facilitating and hindering factors in relation to the implementation
of subject area program

With regards to the BRIGADA ESKWELA PLUS implementation, the parents were
then encouraged to participate in the cleaning of school grounds, particularly the painting of
the fences, benches, and classroom. Some parents also have agreed to work on the garden
for the GULAYAN SA PAARALAN PROJECT. After the meeting, the parents started to go to
the assigned areas for cleaning and painting.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:30 in the afternoon.

1. Conducts TSNA to determine strengths and training needs of teachers


2. Prepares an INSET Plan and submits to School Head for comments and approval
3. Manages INSET program to improve professional competence of teachers to improve the
delivery of instruction
4. Organizes pool of trainers who can be tapped as trainers during INSET
5. Evaluates and makes Training Completion Report after the completion of every training

1. Makes recommendations to the school head regarding School Finance Plan in relation to
the budget requirements of the SIP/ AIP.
2. Manage allocation of resources for operational and developmental activities which are
reflected in the SIP
3. Prepares annual procurement plan approved by the school head
4. Prepares financial report
5. Tracks the utilization of funds and reports to School Head
6. Conducts the regular inspection of physical facilities, informs the school head on the
status and make recommendations

II. MEETING PROPER


The meeting started at 1:00 in the afternoon with an opening prayer through power
point presentation. It was followed by the Philippine National Anthem. Mrs. Nenita Bermas
made the opening/ welcome remarks. Mrs. Eleonor Aberion shared the thought for the day
followed by a short reflection. Mrs. Mae Ann Romano led the community singing and Mr.
Ely Revereza presented the attendance. The meeting proper was conducted by Mr. Juanito
Barcelona, School Head of Hindi Elementary School following the sequence of the agenda.

In connection with the crafting of the School Improvement Plan (SIP), being a mode
of verification for the school validation of School- Based Management System and to
safeguard its validity and reliabity, a School- Community Planning and Implementation Team
shall hereby be created. Mam Jenny Buban explained/ clarify one by one all the roles and
responsibilities of each chairman/ members of the learners.

4. Initiates health and nutrition-related program for pupils
