Marker thread
The marker thread is a thread of a contrasting color,

which we use to mark the beginning of the next round.

All parts of the toy are crocheted in a spiral, without the

connecting column at the end of the row and the lifting

loops. With this crochet, the beginning of the row will slowly

deviate to the right. How much of this slant will depend on

the yarn, the number of the hook, the density of the

crochet.

It is with the marker line that we align the beginning of the

row by crocheting extra offset stitches. These stitches do

not count, the beginning of the row is shifted by the number

of offsets you have crocheted offset stitches.

In my master class, I specify at what points when it's

necessary to keep an eye on and align and when you

should ignore the marker line.

At the end of the crochet part, you simply pull out the yarn.

3
Choosing the size of the

disk for the head.

In order to know the size of the disk for the head, you

need to knit a circle according to the scheme:

1. 6 sc in MR

2. 6 inc (12)

3. (1 sc, 1 inc)*6 (18)

4. (2 sc, 1 inc)*6 (24)

In the resulting circle we measure the diameter. In my case

it is 25 mm, so the size of the disk for the head will be 25

mm.

Choosing the size of the

disk for the feet and hands.

With cotter pin T-shape mounting, you need to pick the right

size disc. To do this, fold the part in half and insert the disc.

The disk should occupy all the internal space and not

stretch the part.

4
Hands (make 2)
Green yarn

1. 6 sc in MR

2. (1 inc, 1 sc)*3 (9)

3. 9 sc

4. 9 sc

5. (1 inc, 2 sc)*3 (12)

6. – 8. 12 sc (3 rnd)

Add filler. Watch the marker thread. It goes on the back of

the handle, at the elbow. sl st in rows 9-11 should be on top

of each other

1. 1 inc, 3 sc, 4 sl st, 3 sc, 1 inc (14)

2. – 11. 5 sc, 4 sl st, 5 sc (2 rnd)

12. – 16. 14 sc (5 rnd)

Fold the piece in half. Choose a disk of the right size (I have

15mm).

Insert the cotter pin with the disk in the hand between rows

14-15, stepping back from the marker line 4 sc to the left

(for the right hand) and 4 sc to the right (for the left hand).

Stuff the arm all the way down, but not hard, giving a flat

form.

17. 7 dec (7)

Tie the hole. Cut the thread, fasten, hide.

5
Legs (make 2)
Green yarn

1. 6 chain

Starting with the second loop of the hook 4 sc, 3 sc in one

loop, 3 sc, 1 inc (12)

2. 1 inc, 3 sc, 3 inc, 3 sc, 2 inc (18)

3. 1 sc, 1 inc, 3 sc, (1 sc, 1 inc)*3, 3 sc, (1 sc, 1 inc)*2 (24)

4. 24 sc

5. 23 sc

At the end of this row it is necessary to make the beginning

of the marker thread. It goes on the back of the leg. It starts

at the heel. For this I did not finish 1 sc in 50th rnd and

crochet 23 sc

Next, follow the marker thread.

If necessary, crochet offset loops.

6. 6 sc, (1 dec, 1 sc)*4, 6 sc (20)

7. 6 sc, 4 dec, 6 sc (16)

8-9. 16 sc (2 rnd)

Add filler. Increases in rows 10-13 should be placed on top of

each other.

10. 7 sc, 1 inc, 8 sc (17)

11. 7 sc, 2 inc, 8 sc (19)

12. 9 sc, 1 inc, 9 sc (20)

14-15. 22 sc (2 rnd)

16. 4 sc, 1 inc, 12 sc, 1 inc, 4 sc (24)

17-19. 24 sc (3 rnd)

Fold the part in half. Choose a disk of the right size (I have

25mm).

Insert the cotter pin with the disk into the leg between the

16-17 rows, 6 sc to the left (for the right leg) and 6 sc to the

right (for the left leg) from the marker line.

6
Add filler to the leg.

20. (2 sc, 1 dec)*6 (18)

21. (1 sc, 1 dec)*6 (12)

Stuff the piece all the way to the end.

22. 6 dec

Tie the hole. Cut the thread, fasten, hide.

Embroider fingers and

toes with thin black

thread.

7
Head
1. 11 chain

Starting with the second loop of the hook

9sc, 3sc in one loop, 8sc,1 inc

2. 1 inc, 8 sc, 3 inc, 8 sc, 2 inc (28)

3-6. 28 sc (4 rnd)

At this stage you need to align the marker

yarn, it should go exactly in the middle of

the head, in front of the nose, between

the eyes, for this I needed to knit 6 sc

(you may have a different number).

Next, follow the marker line, crocheting

the offset loops if necessary.

7. 5 sc, 1 inc, 2 sc, 1 inc, 10sc, 1 inc, 2sc, 1 inc, 5 sc (32)

8-10. 32sc (3 rnd)

11. 6sc, 1 inc, 2sc, 1 inc, 12sc, 1 inc, 2sc, пр, 6sc (36)

12-14. 36sc (3 rnd)

15. 7sc, 1 inc, 2sc, 1 inc, 14sc, 1 inc, 2sc, 1 inc, 7sc (40)

20-22. 44sc (3 rnd)

23. 33sc, 11 inc from hdc (55)

24. 11 inc from hdc, 44 sc (66)

25-37. 66 sc (13 rnd)

8
The eyes on the 10 mm safety mount are inserted with

reference to the increrces from the hdc. Indent from

marker line to the left and right by 5-6 increrces.

Mark a place for cotter pin attachment of the head with

the neck between 30-31 hdc, indenting 33sci from the marker

line.

Do not follow the marker line anymore.

Then start gradually stuffing the head with filler.

38. (9sc, 1 dec)*6 (60)

39. 4sc, 1 dec, (8sc, 1 dec)*5, 4sc (54)

40. (7sc, 1 dec)*6 (48)

41. 3sc, 1 dec, (6sc, 1 dec)*5, 3sc (42)

42. (5sc, 1 dec)*6 (36)

Insert the cotter pin into the marked point in the head.

Continue stuffing the head.

43. 2sc, 1 dec, (4sc, 1 dec)*5, 2sc (30)

44. (3sc, 1 dec)*6 (24)

45. (2sc, 1 dec)*6 (18)

46. (1sc, 1 dec)*6 (12)

47. 6 dec

Tie the hole.

Cut the thread, fasten, hide.

9
Let's make a ducking for the eyes. To do this, we mark four

points near the eyes and 2 points at the bottom of the head

near disk. (as shown in the picture).

Put the needle in the point at the bottom of the head, put it

out in point 1, put the needle in point 2, put it out in the

point at the bottom of the head. Make ducking, fasten the

thread, hide.

Similarly duck for the second

eye.

Make sure that the first and

second eye have the same

Sew tail. Fasten the thread, hide the end.

15
Stomach
Crochet with light yellow yarn. Crochet by twisting rnd,

at the beginning of each rnd crochet 2 ch of lift.

Make a chain of 9 ch + 2 ch loops of lift

1. Starting with the 3rd loop, crochet 9 hdc

2. 2ch, turn, 1 inc from hdc, 7hdc, 1 inc from hdc (11)

11-15. 11 hdc (5 rnd)

Fasten the thread, cut, leave the long end for sewing.

Sew to the stomach of the toy.

16
When crocheting scallops, there can be a problem with the

size of the scallops and the size of the head or body. This can

be due to differences in materials, crochet, crochet density

and padding density.

After crocheting a chain of ch make a fitting.

If necessary, crochet additional ch or dissolve your chain

given the size of the pattern (4ch)

Scallops for the head.

(Make 2)
Take a chain of 35ch.

Starting with 3rd st, crochet 3 dc into one loop, skip a loop,

sl st, (skip a loop, 3 dc into one loop, skip a loop, sl st)*7.

Secure thread, cut, leave the long end to sew on.

Scallops for the body.

(Make 2)

Take a chain of 45ch.

Starting with the 3rd stitch, knit 3 dc in one loop, loop skip,

sl st, (loop skip, 3 dc in one loop, loop through, sl st)*10.

Secure thread, cut, leave long end to sew on.
