NEW PAYMENTS PLATFORM

OPPORTUNITY
● Qolo was a seed-funded startup with no public profile,
a placeholder website, no messaging, and no marketing.
OUR STRATEGY
● Position Qolo as the “payments hub for the New Economy”
and CEO Patricia Montesi as its face and voice.
● Move “payments” from staid to modern and dynamic.
● Build messaging reflecting the needs of modern business
(gig workers, gift cards, cross-border transactions, etc.).
● Create a dynamic content plan to build on their positioning.
● Introduce Qolo to all external audiences through a campaign that
included content, media relations and influencer engagement.
RESULTS
● Drove inbound client outreach
● Successfully guided Qolo through its Series A funding announcement,
attracted direct venture capital interest as a result of placements.
● Created the “marketing machine” for future comms activities.

DIGITAL ASSETS PLATFORM

OPPORTUNITY
In 2020, Arca engaged with Rally Point to drive awareness
around its work in digital assets on both sides of the
business: Arca Funds, the hedge fund division and Arca Labs,
the new product development innovation arm.
OUR STRATEGY
● Our strategy for Arca was to develop new messaging that reflects
the industry’s current challenges and pain points while creating a
consistent external brand presence.
● We developed and deployed a more balanced approach to media
relations for the company, including a more robust pipeline of
news and thought leadership-driven content.
RESULTS
● With several key thought leadership media wins and
announcements, we've boosted Arca's credibility and brand
awareness while rebuilding brand messaging from the ground up.

CRYPTO MINER

OPPORTUNITY
BlockWare Mining (BWM) is a spinoff from a prior business,
BlockWare Solutions, which was previously part-owned by the
BWM senior team. BWM needed to establish a brand presence
for the newly formed firm, primarily in the crypto / fintech
trades.
OUR STRATEGY
Our team created a new messaging framework and media kit
to help the firm tell and sell its story. In just three months since
initiating the engagement with Rally point, this helped the firm
secure significant press and fundraising opportunities.
RESULTS
● Just weeks after engaging Rally Point, landed
BWM in dozens of target press placements
● Increased investor interest as a result of placements

aligning with company values and enhancing appeal to news

● 140+ total media opportunities in 2021 alone

OPPORTUNITY
● Comerica is a large, publicly-traded regional bank with 8,000
employees and a significant regional presence. The bank had
historically maintained a low profile.
● That changed in 2019 under the leadership of newly appointed
CEO Curt Farmer.
STRATEGY
● We outlined a plan to elevate Comerica's Chief Investment Officer
and Chief Economist before building a larger strategy.
● Built messaging reflecting the needs of modern business
● Worked with CIO John Lynch to communicate his POV and
worked with Chief Economist Robert Dye to build his reputation
● By breaking their research into "snackable" bites, we created a
steady flow of digestible information
RESULTS
● In less than a year together, we produced more than 70 top-tier
opportunities in business news outlets including CNBC,
Bloomberg, Yahoo! Finance, Fox Business and a number of trade
publications and Comerica's team was on the record multiple
times per month during the pandemic

and highlighting the unique technology underpinning the service
● Use Awning’s own market data to highlight proposition in key
markets such as Houston and Austin
● Aggressively pitch Awning brokerage and property management

● Raised profile of Awning to venture and real estate investors with
consistent flow of stories in TechCrunch and Insider, Axios and
Forbes + real estate and Houston specific outlets
