want to avail placement services that will be offered by the CGC.

In this regard I am committing to the following:

a) I will appear for each and every activity organized by CGC, which may include
1) Placement Drives (On /Off Campus) 2) Soft skills training/PD Training / Preparatory Classes
3) Seminars / Workshops /Guest Lectures 4) Industrial Visits
5) Assessment Tests (Online / Off line) 6) Any other activities arranged/ recommended by CGC

b) I will regularly update the CGC with all information with respect to
1) Semester grades 2) Personal contact details
3) Any job offers 4) Any additional information

c) I will follow all the instructions given by CGC and coordinators during placement drives.
1) I will make my own traveling, accommodation, food arrangements to attend placement activity outside the
institute.
2) I will bear the cost of attending placement drive outside the Institute.

d) I will pay any charges for the training and placement activities conducted by the CGC, if any.

e) All the training and placement related activities which will be conducted by CGC during academic year are only for
enhancing employability. I understand that there is no guarantee of placement through this program.

f) I assure to maintain atleast 90% attendance in all activities conducted by the CGC, failing which I may be
disqualified from attending any further CGC activities.

g) I will abide by all the rules and regulations of CGC as decided and amended from time to time.

I am aware that in case I fail to deliver on my commitments made above, I will not be eligible for any placement
support from CGC.
