This section of the user manual provides the necessary information on a unified Corporate On-Boarding
process for the existing Bank customers across multiple products such as Corporate Internet Banking, e-
Trade and e-Forex
The On-Boarding Process has been classified into multiple journeys listed below:
1. Pre-Login Journey – Single User (Enquiry Vs Enquiry & Transaction)
o Other Corporates
o Sole Proprietor (With Debit Card Vs Branch Activation)
2. Pre-Login Journey – Multiple User (Enquiry Vs Enquiry & Transaction)
o Single Administrator
o Multiple Administrators
3. Partially filled form
4. Check Status
The end to end process of New Corporate Registration of any corporate are as listed below:
1. New Registration in yono Business
2. Choose Corporate Size
o Single User
o Multiple User (Single Admin Vs Multiple Admin)
3. Capture Corporate Details
4. Choose Product (Enquiry Only Vs Enquiry & Transaction)
5. Capture Regulator Details (Applicable only to Multiple Administrator)
6. Capture Admin details (Applicable only to Multiple User)
7. Capture Transaction User Details (Applicable only to Multiple User)
o Checker details (Applicable only to Corporate Internet Banking product)
o Capture eForex User details (Applicable only to eForex product)
8. Preview & Submit
9. Download Omnibus Document
10. Submit all the following documents duly signed by appropriate signatories to Branch:
o Omnibus Document
o Board Resolution (wherever applicable)
o Indemnity Bond (Applicable only to eForex product)
o Agreement cum Indemnity Bond (Applicable only to eTrade product)
o KYC Document (wherever applicable)
11. Branch user to upload the above set of scanned documents and approve.
12. Post approval, SMS is sent to the user with role such as Administrator, Transaction User
(Checker or eForex User) for user activation – new user creation or linking of existing yono
BUSINESS credential
13. The respective user to complete the process of New User Activation in yono BUSINESS.
To Onboard a new Corporate User, user follows the below mentioned process.
Open a browser such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer and type in the following URL:
https://yonobusiness.sbi/ , then hit the enter key on your keyboard. It opens the Home page of yono
Business as displayed below where the user needs to click on REGISTER.
On clicking ‘REGISTER’, user gets redirected to yono Business: Online Registration page and clicks on
‘NEW REGISTRATION’.
On clicking ‘NEW REGISTRATION’, user gets redirected to the page from where he can select and
proceed for
• Single User
• Multiple User (Single Administrator & Multiple Administrator)
User can click on the Read More section of Single User and Multiple Users to view the details of this
sections.
This section of the user manual describes the registration process of a corporate who wishes to avail
Corporate Internet Banking (CINB) product as Multiple User with either Single Administrator or Multiple
administrator.
Following is the common steps for:
• Single administrator
o Enquiry Only
o Enquiry & Transactions
• Multiple administrator
o Enquiry Only
o Enquiry & Transactions
On clicking NEW REGISTRATION, user gets redirected to the page from where he can proceed for
Single User or Multiple Users.
From the Multiple Users tab, user selects the ‘Single Administrator’ radio button and clicks on PROCEED.

User enters the Mobile Number and clicks on ‘Send OTP’ hyperlink.
On clicking ‘Send OTP’ hyperlink, user gets the text box to enter OTP. User enters the OTP received on
the provided Mobile number and clicks on PROCEED.
On validating OTP, user gets redirected to a page to capture Corporate details. Enters the Account
Number, Name of Organization, PAN, Captcha and click on PROCEED.
Multi user enquiry product is meant for firms or institutions banking with single/multiple branches of
SBI. This provides enquiry facility to multiple users of the organization. Online transactions are not
allowed in this product either.
Features
• Multiple users can be given enquiry rights to accounts maintained in various branches.
• Users’ access to accounts can be restricted by the Administrator of the Corporate.
• The authorised users can view and generate statements of the accounts mapped to them.
• No financial transaction permitted.
• This product can be upgraded to other transaction products such as
o Multiple User (Single Admin) – Enquiry & Transaction
o Multiple User (Multiple Admin) – Enquiry & Transaction
The process to register a corporate with Multiple user – Single Administrator – Enquiry only product can
be done as below:
On entering the corporate details and clicking on PROCEED, user gets redirected to a page to choose
the product:
• Enquiry Only
• Enquiry and Transactions
On clicking PROCEED user gets redirected to the page to capture Administrator details. User enters
Name, Employee Number, PAN, Mobile Number, Re-enter Mobile Number, Email ID, Address1,
Address2, City, State, Country, Pincode, Account Number(s).
If the user clicks on SAVE & CONTINUE LATER, please refer the Section 1.3.

A Preview page is displayed to verify all the details captured for the entire process.
If the user clicks on SAVE & CONTINUE LATER, please refer the Section 1.3

User can verify the clauses for availing the selected product if he wishes to, by clicking the ‘Terms and
Conditions’ hyperlink on the preview page.
Close the Terms and Conditions window.

On clicking the SUBMIT, the application request gets successfully submitted and a reference number
gets generated for the same.
User can download and print the Omnibus Document or alternatively can send it to his email id to
download and print from some other location.
Then the user needs to submit the physical form at the branch.
This is a multi-user transactional product meant for small and medium enterprises and organizations
who wish to provide discretionary access/ transaction rights to their users. The Administrator of the
Corporate creates other corporate users and assigns rights to them for different accounts.
Features
• Multiple users can be given access to accounts.
• The users can be given discretionary access and transaction rights by the “Administrator”
• Single transaction (other than Government payments) not to exceed Rs.50 lakhs. No limit on the
number of transactions per day.
• Transaction limits for Government payments is Rs. 2 crores.
• Bulk upload facility available
• MIS (Reports generation) can be downloaded through the interface
• This product can be upgraded to other transaction products such as
o Multiple User (Multiple Admin) – Enquiry & Transaction
PERMITTED TRANSACTIONS
• Fund transfer to own or third-party accounts in SBI (Intra bank fund transfer)
• Fund transfer to beneficiary accounts in other banks through RTGS/NEFT (Inter Bank fund
transfer)
• Request for draft issue
• Payment to registered suppliers
• Statutory payments
• Facility to schedule transactions
• Top up of Pre-paid cards
• View and download of DEMAT holding statement
The process to register a corporate with Multiple user – Single Administrator – Enquiry & Transactions
product can be done as below:
On entering the Corporate details and clicking on PROCEED, user gets redirected to a page to choose
the product:
• Enquiry Only
• Enquiry and Transactions
For Enquiry and Transactions, based on the eligibility criteria, a placeholder to capture
Branch name to submit documents for eTrade and or eForex is displayed.
User selects the Branch and clicks on PROCEED under Enquiry and Transactions.
On clicking PROCEED user gets redirected to the page to capture Administrator details. User enters
Name, Employee Number, PAN, Mobile Number, Re-enter Mobile Number, Email ID, Address1,
Address2, City, State, Country, Pincode, Account Number(s).
Note: PAN and Mobile Number captured as part of Corporate Onboarding, must be unique across
all the users (Administrator, Transaction User-1, …Transaction User-N).
To add more Account Numbers, user can click on ‘Add More’ hyperlink.
User clicks on PROCEED.
If the user clicks on SAVE & CONTINUE LATER, please refer the Section 1.3.

Enters Name, Employee Number, PAN, Mobile Number, Re-enter Mobile Number, Email ID, Address1,
Address2, City, State, Country, Pincode.
Link to Administrator is pre-filled with the Administrator name created in previous page.
User can choose whether the transaction user is a CINB checker only or with a dual role (CINB checker &
eForex Checker).
To add more Transaction Users with same set of input, user clicks on Add another Transaction User
hyperlink.
Then clicks on PROCEED. If the user clicks on SAVE & CONTINUE LATER, please refer the Section 1.3.

On clicking PROCEED a Preview page is displayed to verify all details captured for the entire process.

LATER, please refer the Section 1.3.
On clicking PROCEED user gets redirected to the page to capture Administrator details. User enters
Name, Employee Number, PAN, Mobile Number, Re-enter Mobile Number, Email ID, Address1,
Address2, City, State, Country, Pincode, Account Number(s).
To add more account numbers, User can click on Add more hyperlink.
User then clicks on PROCEED. If the user clicks on SAVE & CONTINUE LATER, please refer the Section
1.3.

This is a complete Internet Banking bouquet for large and very large corporate customers,
Government organizations and Institutions. This provides access to multiple users to accounts across
various branches. The Corporates availing this facility can give discretionary access to the accounts
and discretionary financial rights to their users.
