As a long-term admirer of NUDGE’s dedication to create positive change in the world, I am excited to
learn that you have opened recruitment. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Management degree
at London Business School.

After two years as a business associate at ZS Associates, I have developed a strong foundation and
interest in quantitative analysis and business consulting. Working with the internal strategic operations
team and Fortune 500 client companies was a challenging and stimulating experience. The tasks
ranged from solving operational strategy issues for a pharma client by using Little’s Law workflow
breakdown to getting selected to manage a group of thirty-five junior associates and onboard them for
their duties. These projects helped me learn about successful client interactions and delivering
objectives accurately.

Managing small project teams and interns, I learned that using collaborative formats and encouraging
everyone to voice opinions and suggestions leads to bonding and interactive contribution which is
essential to a team’s success. By interacting with salespeople from different industries, I was able to
understand different business areas and develop effective sales pitch plans to increase client sales.
This helped me learn how management consultants advise clients and how attention to detail can
make the difference between a good and bad plan. After tackling real-world problems and interacting
with people around the world, I am sure that the business sector will allow me to leverage my
strengths, shape businesses, and ultimately contribute to decisions that impact global economy.

My motivation for joining NUDGE is dual. First, after learning about the firm, I am impressed with
NUDGE’s culture of excellence. I was amazed by how every business employee at NUDGE adheres
to firm's values, such as maintaining the highest professional standards to improve client
relationships. As a result, I am very excited to work with such dedicated individuals to solve
challenging problems. Second, NUDGE’ way of integrating purpose into their operations and having
the highest enduring impact in each engagement demonstrates how the firm takes bold steps to
achieve results. I am eager to be a part of such a firm which will appreciate an employee that
maintains an independent perspective and is ready to go the extra mile to fulfil a client’s and
organization’s requirements.

I learned about NUDGE’s amazing social initiatives mentioned on the website a few months ago. I
would like to work in the London office so that I can contribute to the impactful work that is being
done. Furthermore, London is one of the few places that is full of vibrant cultures from all over the
world and offers high living standards so I believe it will provide me with all the ingredients for a good
lifestyle.
