关于邮件
邮件为职场中最常⻅、最规范的⽂字沟通形式。

邮件通常分为2种:

1. 内容较⻓,语⽓礼貌的邮件。使⽤场景:

跟对⽅不熟

Reach out(主动联系某⼈)

求⼈办事

阐明⼀个问题

2. 内容简短,直奔主题。使⽤场景:

回复已有的邮件讨论

快速确认⼀个事情

同步⼀个简单的消息

跟对⽅已经熟了
正式邮件完整版结构
1. 标题 | Subject/Title

2. ⾃报家⻔ | Self-Introduction

3. 邮件⽬的 | Purpose of Writing

4. 说明情况、表达诉求 | Explain the Situation & Request

5. 客套收尾 | A Polite Finish

6. 落款 | Sign off
⼀、标题
多⽤名词短语形式,避免⽤完整陈述句。

Subject: 2023 Annual Head Count Review(过⼀下2023年编制)

Subject: Updates as of 20 Dec(截⽌12⽉20⽇的进展同步)

如果是紧急⼯作,可以给标题加上⼀个前缀:

Subject: [ATTN]/[Urgent] Approval Needed(【急】需审批)

ATTN是"attention"的缩写,表示需要引起关注
⼆、⾃报家⻔
如果跟对⽅很熟悉了,可以跳过这个步骤

1. 客套话术:

I hope this email finds you well.


I hope you are well.
I hope all is well on your end.

2. ⾃我介绍话术:

My name is X from Y(部⻔). My role is…(描述岗位)

This is X from Y(部⻔). I support…(⽀持哪块⼯作)

I'm X from X(部⻔), currently serving in a capacity as…(岗位名称)

3. 如何知道的对⽅:

Alex from Finance referred me to you(财务部的Alex把您介绍给了我)

I came across your profile on LinkedIn(我在领英上看到了你的账户)

I heard you are the point of contact for this matter(我听说你是这个事情的对接⼈)


三、说明邮件⽬的
1)快速让对⽅明⽩你的诉求;2)帮⾃⼰梳理逻辑,不跑题

The purpose of this email is to…

The purpose of this communication is to…

I am writing to…

I am writing about…(“关于”,后⾯加上名词词组)

例:The purpose of this email is to seek your direction on this case.(这封


邮件的⽬的,是想询问你对这个案⼦的下⼀步,是否能给个⽅向。)
四、说明情况、表达诉求
因为表达诉求往往需要求助对⽅,这部分可以⽤更礼貌的“敬语”。

Would you mind (doing sth)?

I was wondering if you could (do sth)?

Could you please (do sth)?

I'd like to ask you for a favor. Would you mind (doing sth)?

It'll be greatly appreciated if you could (do sth).

注意:would you mind后⾯跟ing形式,could you后⾯跟原形。


五、客套收尾
客套收尾的⽅式通常有4种:

1. 再次感谢对⽅:

Once again, I really appreciate your help.

Your help is much appreciated.

Thanks you for your consideration.(感谢你考虑这件事情。)

2. 表示可以提供更多帮助:

If you need any further information, please don't hesitate to contact me.

I've attached some files with more details for your convenience.

Please let me know if I can do anything to help.


五、客套收尾
客套收尾的⽅式通常有4种:

I look forward to hearing from you.

I look forward to working with you.

I can't wait to meet you in person.

4. 祝福对⽅:

Have a good weekend!

Enjoy your well-deserved break!

六、落款
邮件的不同正式程度,也可以采⽤不同的落款:

1. 偏正式
