WITHDRAWAL FROM MUKAHACI ENTERPRISE LTD –( A PRIVATE COMPANY)

In a meeting held on 09/02/2022. The members present declared a liability to the

group. They resolved to deregister the company officially with immediate
effect(the group Rehoboth Nyakio Self-help group.)
In which we the undersigned happen to be members and since the group which
registered the company is in the process of winding up by selling the groups assets,
we feel betrayed otherwise who will bear the liabilities of the company thereafter?
and since it has taken unnecessary longer time than expected we tender our
withdrawal in totality.
