This service is the part of achieving customer service recovery, provided when passenger baggage is
mishandled. As a stockholder this company will ensure to keep passenger update upon arrival and till
baggage delivered, airline will provide the list of passenger baggage short shipment with relevant details
such as tag number, passenger name, phone number and home address.

The moment we (AirLift Service Ltd) get notification from airline with the list of passenger baggage arrival,
the representative of ( AirLift Service Ltd ) will visit the airport and collect all baggage from Airlines and
restore the baggage at (AirLift Service Ltd) store, customer service office of (AirLift Service Ltd) will do
the final list, tag and segregate according to the home address of passengers, and communicate with all
the passengers to allow them to expect their baggage to arrive within the time mentioned.

According to the SOP of (Airlift Service Ltd) all baggage is expected to be delivered within 24 hours for
deliveries inside Dhaka city and 72 hours for deliveries outside Dhaka.

Airlift Service Ltd will assist airlines for repair and replacement of damaged bags as well.
Logistics Support
To establish an office the following logistic support need to be available

1. Office at Uttara for a store room and customer service office


2. 2 Covered van and driver to be available for 24 hours
3. 3 shift staff available to cover 24/7 service
4. PC or laptop with Wi-Fi service is need to me available
5. Mobile phone need to be given for staff on operational duty

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to submit a proposal for Transportation of Baggage delivery service for your
valued Passengers allover Bangladesh.

Offered Services:

1. We will deliver the luggage to your passengers in same condition; we receive from your
reputed carrier.
2. We will arrange dedicated operation team to, deliver the Luggage and meet your need.
3. We will be using secured warehouse Storage at Uttara & from there, direct to doorstep
of valued passenger.
4. 24/7 operation support office & control center will be available. Our Operational team
formed by EX Airline staff, this will ease up communication with and understand your
need.
5. All bags will be plastic wrapped from airport by us, to make it more secured.
6. We will carry the luggage’s through own number of pickup vans, Micro-bus, Probox,
Sedan, Cover Van, Truck. In addition, we have arrangement with S.A Paribahan &
Sundarbon reputed Courier Service of Bangladesh.
7. We will ensure delivery of luggage within 24hrs in Dhaka metropolitan & within 72 hours
to all districts. (*)
8. We will assist airlines for carrying and loading of baggage at Arrival Level of HSIA.
9. We. (*)will assist airlines for repair and replacement of damaged bags

Terms & Conditions:

01. That the 2nd party will bear all expenses such as fuel, Oil, Tax, Parking Charge etc.
02. That the price is quoted by the 2nd party including Tax and excluding 15% VAT.
03. That the rate of carrying luggage would be increased 05-15% per year depending on
expenses. (*)
04. We will repair and replaced damaged bag within 03-07 days time line. (*)

NB: (*) Other conditioned applied detailed in agreement. We will forward the agreement draft if
you required.
