Job Description

1. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with engineers and product managers to
design experiences that meet the needs of our users.
2. Your role will involve implementing best practices to create exceptional user
experiences.
3. Collaborate with the Product Team to brainstorm solutions for complex problems and
enhance user experience.
4. Engage hands-on with design projects, taking full ownership from conception to
execution.

Requirements
1. At least 1 year of full-time work experience in product design.
2. Proven track record in designing experiences for mobile and web applications.
3. Proficiency in motion design, prototyping, and creating high-quality graphic designs.
4. Strong ability to craft aesthetically pleasing visual designs with a solid understanding of
UI/UX principles.
5. Expertise in the latest product design tools, including Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative
Suite, and inVision or similar tools.
6. Comprehensive experience across all phases of the product design process.
7. User-centric approach to design, incorporating research-based insights into the
development of product experiences.
8. Excellent ability to articulate and communicate design decisions effectively to
stakeholders.
9. A high-quality portfolio that showcases a diverse range of design disciplines.
