1. SITUATION OVERVIEW
The municipality is experiencing cloudy skies and scattered light rain.
Water supply is functional and Power supply is functional.
Communications are functional.
As of 11:00am today, The center of Tropical Depression AGHON was estimated based on all
available data over the coastal waters of San Vicente, Northern Samar (12.3 °N, 124.0 °E ) Wind
Moving Northwestward at 30 km/h, Maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and
gustiness of up to 85 km/h, TCWS#1 for the whole province was issued. No gale warning was
issued.

 Conducted SMS Updates and Warning to BDRRMC re: Weather Bulletin for TD Aghon.
 Conducted continuous monitoring of weather updates.
