(Php50,064,495.30) as partial payment of the total purchase price of parcel of land covered
by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. T-66827 of the Registry of Deeds for Davao del Sur to
DOROTHY R. GATUSLAO; the HEIRS OF JOAN R. TRONCO, namely: LLOYD GERALD R.
TRONCO and JOYCE MARIE T. SCHULTZ, represented by LLOYD GERALD R. TRONCO; and
LOURDES R. AFABLE, represented by MARIA GRACIA A. PADERNA-ZERRUDO.

The balance of Php5,562,721.70 will be released to the seller upon the issuance of
the new owner’s duplicate copy of title in the name of vendee Digos Doctors’ Hospital, Inc.
