AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, LOUVELLE CAMPOS, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, and a

resident of Purok Matamis, Lopez Jaena Extension, Digos City, Philippines
after having been sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and
say:

1. That I am executing this affidavit in support to the affidavit

complaints filed by LYDIA GUNDI and LENI GARAY against ANDELITA
QUILLOPE;

2. That LYDIA GUNDI and LENI GARAY, are my neighbours and very
close family associates.

3. That I am married to ROBERT CAMPOS, SR. but however I am already

separated in fact from him. Despite our failure in marriage, we have
mutually agreed to support our son in all things fifty-fifty (50-50). Our
agreement was even reduced to writing.

Attached is a copy of our compromise agreement.

4. That on February 6, 2016, my son was in need of immediate medical

attention. Because I have to take care of my son, I requested my
neighbour and friend, almost life family, LYDIA GUNDI to inform my
erstwhile husband about the situation and to ask for his share in the
expenses for the ultrasound, in the amount of six hundred fifty pesos
(Php 650.00) only.

5. It was only when Lydia returned that I knew of how she was ill-
treated by the common law partner of Robert.

6. My son was rushed to the Southern Philippines Medical Center at

Davao City. After he survived his illness, I again request LYDIA GUNDI
to contact Robert and give him a copy of the expenses which were
incurred in order to save his son, as there was no one to tend to my
son.

7. Being like a family, LYDIA again agreed. So she photocopied all the
statement of accounts as well as the receipts and delivered them to
 Robert. She even have Robert’s siblings receive copies of the same to
inform them of Robert’s obligation.

8. Not having heard from Robert, I again requested Lydia to make a

follow-up, and this time to be accompanied by LENI GARAY.

9. Thus on February 26, 2016, at around 6:30 in the morning, I saw

LYDIA and LENI, drive off in a motorcycle driven by Leni, towards the
direction of Robert’s house, upon my request.

10.Again, it was only upon their return that I learned of how ANDELITA
QUILLOPE attempted to kill them with a sundang.

11.I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts in support to the complaint filed by LENI and LYDIA against
Andelita Quillope.
