NOTE:
 Prices shall remain fixed upon reservation of the unit. Prices may be subject to review within 30 days
of issuance of this quotation.
 The price is subject to 12 % VAT upon request of SALES INVOICE.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PAYMENT: 50% Down Payment, 50% full payment before delivery. If the target delivery pick-up
of the unit is not met, warehousing fee will be charged to client. A fee of 500 for 20KVA to
250KVA and 1,000 for 300KVA and up.
2. CANCELLATION/RETURN: This is not applicable to the items already delivered. Please make
sure all the specifications and the terms and conditions on this contract are fully understood before
signing.
3. DELIVERY: is subject to SCHEDULING 2-3 days after full payment is made. Charges may apply
for positioning of the unit.
UNIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

INCLUSIONS:

1. Start-up and Testing of the unit inside the warehouse is free of charge before delivery. Business
hours only. Charges may apply for Commissioning and Load Test for overtime and professional
fee of the technician.
2. Proper turnover of the unit, Orientation and training on operation. Charges may apply for
basic maintenance and other services.
3. Tele-assistance for after-sales.

WARRANTY:

Our Responsibilities:

 One Year warranty or 1,000 running hours whichever comes first upon the date of delivery.

Owner’s Responsibilities.

 Performance of the required maintenance, operating procedures and use of proper fuel, oil,
lubricants and coolant.
 Cost to investigate complaints, unless the problem is caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.

LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY:

 Failure resulting from abuse and misuse such as overloading and underloading.
 We will not be responsible for the failure of the unit operating without proper turnover.
 The damage is caused by inadequate ventilation in the powerhouse.
 The damage is caused by ATS/MTS not supplied by our company.
 Use parts that are not supplied by our company.
 Use of contaminated fuel and coolants.
 Failure to have regular maintenance every 6 months to stand by generator and every 50-100
running hours to prime power generators.
 Improper preventive maintenance. Repair of services conducted by third party company.
 Warranty is not applicable to damages sustained through mishandling, negligence, ignorance,
wrong maintenance, and operation. All the misconduct against factory’s strict maintenance
procedure and or any consequential loss or damages howsoever it may occur.
 Unwanted events such as lightning, strikes, earthquakes, or any other uncertainties.
 Consumables such as filters, batteries, lube oil, diesel, coolant, fanbelt is not covered by the warranty.
NORMAL WEAR:

This warranty will not cover repair where normal use has exhausted the life of a part of the unit. All
mechanical devices need periodic parts replacement and services to perform well.

INSTALLATION WORK:

Mounting, positioning of generator, wiring and other installations work are NOT included in this proposal but
are available upon client’s request.

DELIVERY DATE:

The counting of days will begin only upon full payment, which is confirmed by contract. For check payments
the counting of days will begin upon clearance of the check at our bank. Completion dates are the best
estimates during the time of order placement. We are not liable for damages, direct or indirect, caused by
delays in delivery or non-performance of the order that are a result of a circumstances beyond our control,
including acts of God or nature as well as disruption in the delivery and performance schedules of third-party
suppliers.

COMMISIONING AND TESTING

Services on site will be subject to charges and other consumable materials. Please make sure that the unit is
properly installed by the client’s accredited electrician. Applicable to contract with (Supplied Generator Set
Only.) Prior to Company accredited technician. Consumable materials will be supplied by the client. For
outside metro manila transportation, board or lodging expenses of technician on actual load testing and
commissioning and other services will be charge to the client for 1 or more days of services.
