We’re unveiling two new people profile experiences – the profile preview and the spotlight view.
The profile preview provides a snapshot of key areas of the employee profile, including job,
manager, location, and contact details to help employees quickly view and connect with others.
Additionally, the spotlight view lets employees build and represent their personal brand by
showcasing skills and competencies, mentoring and target roles, and other relevant personal
and organizational information sourced from across SAP SuccessFactors solutions
New innovations and enhancements are now available in our mobile
application as well. Employees can easily explore, connect, and engage
with colleagues across the organization with the new org chart experience.
And the new people profile experience offers a profile preview for a quick
snapshot and the spotlight view to learn more about someone’s skills and
aspirations. We’re also introducing the new benefits enrolment experience
on mobile for a convenient and guided benefits selection. Finally, our offline
learning capability is now available for Android devices, making automatic
updates of course progress and course completion possible when the
device is back online
The org chart experience has a refreshed look and feel and is available on both desktop and
mobile devices. Users can explore their organizational structure with improved expand and
collapse capabilities. In addition, they can quickly navigate to an employee’s profile preview,
with an option to open the new spotlight view
✓ Employee Central People Profile – Out of Office status
For the out-of-office information on the People Prole and Spotlight, in addition to enabling Show
current absence status, you need to grant the View permission for the Employee Time object. To
enable the Upcoming Absence card on the Spotlight, you need to grant the View permission for
the Employee Time object. This is also required for the out-of-office information.
✓ HR in the flow of work:
Enhance employee and manager self-service, by making it easy to review payment details,
update personal information, and more directly from Microsoft Teams
As we continue to bring HR-related tasks into the flow of work, we’ve now made the SAP
SuccessFactors for Microsoft Teams app available in the Microsoft Teams app store. Alongside
other capabilities previously made available, employees can now create activities and
achievements, access and update personal information, review payment details, and receive
timely task reminders directly within Microsoft Teams
✓ New My Team Positions Page
To further simplify the self-service experience, we’re introducing additional quick actions for SAP
SuccessFactors Employee Central, including the ability to create and edit positions and view and
change job relationships. These quick actions are also available in Joule and within Microsoft
Teams. Additionally, a new My Team Positions experience, accessible from the home page,
provides managers with a clear tile-based overview of positions. Managers can directly view,
edit, and create positions without the need to navigate between multiple screens. And finally,
admins and managers can now access a summary of all pending workflow requests, making it
easier to keep track of sent and received approvals. Lastly, customers can now automatically
process new hires from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This capability further reduces the time to hire,
which is especially important with mass, seasonal, and high-volume hiring. “My Team Positions”

✓ Redesigned Experience of Viewing Pending Workflow Requests
A new quick action on the home page, View Pending Workflows, gives users immediate access
to requests that require their attention. These requests are organized into five categories:
