DESIGN NARRATIVE DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS


The fire station's design will tell a story. The sturdy adobe base will evoke
the strength and resilience of the Filipino people, standing firm against
typhoons and earthquakes. Rising from this foundation, the upper floor
constructed from rich, locally-sourced wood will showcase traditional
building practices and adaptability. This harmonious blend of materials
symbolizes the fusion of cultures that shaped Boljoon's identity.
