We undertake to absorb all container under-utilization charges, Advance Manifest

Compliance Charge (AMCC) and any other extra charges arising from the following
situations:

(1) Our failure to deliver the above-mentioned cargo to PT. as per the guaranteed
time/date above, resulting in under-utilized container(s) shipping without our cargo.

(2) Any changes in shipment volume (cbm) above causing container shortfall.

(3) Possible standby, direct loading and overtime operations arising from the cargo
delivering after the cut-off time. (This includes Airfreight if cargo is shut out by The
Port)

(4) Our failure to provide complete and accurate shipment details for Advance Manifest
Submission (AMS) to APL Logistics for MI (Manifest Instruction) to carrier.

(5) In the event of standalone container (with consignee or buying office approval) caused
by late delivery.

In addition, in the event that cargo is delivered early or when we provide

wrong/inaccurate information for Advance Manifest Submission (AMS), we shall not hold
responsible should cargo fail to load on the intended vessel.

We hereby indemnity for all cost (amendment and/or penalty) and consequences may arise
from above request.
