TITLE Preparation of Program Performance Profile (PPP)

This covers the process the program performance profile (PPP) across Area 1 to
SCOPE
of the Programs submitted for Accreditation.

ACTIVITY

1. Secure PPP OBE Form from the QA Office— The area Local Task Force Counterpart secures the OBE bl
form of the Program Performance Profile (PPP) from the QA staff and inquires how the items will be complied
2. Gather/Collect Data as Required— After getting the form, the Local Task Force Counterpart (LTFC collect/gat
pertinent documents or supporting evidences for the area. These documents are available from the differ
process owners depending on the need of the LTFC.
3. Fill-up correctly the Form or Template using Summary Matrix— The LTFC summarize the data/information
the last three years as required based on the required format of the PPP; matrix first and then the narra
discussion.
4. Confer with Program Head/ Coordinator to ensure entries to the form are correct— Then the LTFC confer
with the program head/coordinator for the review of data/entries to the PPP template.
5. Encode the draft PPP— The draft PPP will then be encoded and edited in order to produce the first comp
copy.
6. Submit the first complete copy of the PPP to the assigned IAB member— The first complete copy of the PPP
be submitted to the assigned member of the Internal Assessment Body (IAB)/Local Accreditor for f
corrections
7. Revise the PPP based on the findings of the IAB member— The LTFC will revise the corrected PPP and enco
the final copy
8. Submit the final copy to the Program Head— The LTFC will submit the final PPP to the program head for him/
to submit all copies to the QA director/head in readiness for accreditation.

Definition of Terms:

1. Accreditation—process of evaluating a program by AACCUP Accreditors


2. PPP-OBE —an outcomes-base instrument where the LTFC has to fill up the summary matrix and write a
narrative description of the supporting documents included.
3. LTFC— a person assigned to prepare the PPP, gather and collate the documents gathered

TITLE Preparation of Video Presentation

This covers the process the video presentation of the Programs submitted for
SCOPE
Accreditation Level 3, phase II and Level 4.

ACTIVITY

1. Preparation of the Script of the Movie Presentation— Assigned committee prepares/writes the script of the
proposed Movie Presentation
2. Collection of data/supporting evidences— Script writing committee coordinates with the data collection
committee and the movie maker committee for synchronization.
3. Script revision to fit supporting evidences— Concerned committee has to revise the script and seek the
approval of the proposed script based on available data.
4. Coordination with Movie Maker Committee— Script writer coordinates with movie maker committee for the
conceptualization of the movie presentation.
5. Gathering of additional pertinent documents— Movie-maker committee must source out the needed documents
to be utilized by the movie-makers.
6. Critiquing of initial movie presentation— Initial presentation of the movie should be presented to the
management committee/ IAB members for critiquing/improvement.
7. Revision of the Movie Presentation— Movie presented will be enhanced/improved by the concerned committee
based on the recommendation of the management committee/IAB members.
8. Final Movie Presentation— Final movie production will be submitted to head of office/concerned office for final
presentation during Phase II actual accreditation.

Definition of Terms:

Movie Presentation—a way of presenting data wherein all supporting documents were scanned and treated to a
computer program (movie maker) with somebody voicing over the presentation.

TITLE Preparation of Program Narrative Profile

This covers the process the narrative profile of the Programs submitted for
SCOPE
Accreditation Level 3, phase II and Level 4.

ACTIVITY

1. Proposal writing & approval— The QA director/head prepares the proposal for narrative profile workshop
and coordinates the approval of the proposal.
2. Conduct coaching/mentoring workshop— Once the proposal is approved, it is implemented through the
conduct of a 3-day coaching/mentoring workshop to be participated by the concerned personnel.
3. Conduct write shop sessions based on prepared committees and AACCUP guidelines— Another writeshop
session will be scheduled/implemented with assigned committees.
4. Writing the first draft of the Narrative Profile— The concerned committee drafts the narrative profile based
on AACCUP standards.
5. Correction/editing of draft narrative profile— Assigned IAB corrects/edits the draft narrative profile.
6. Revision of the first draft— The concerned LTFC will revise the draft based on corrections made.
7. Submission of Narrative profile’s final copy— The LTFC submits final copy of narrative profile to
Dean/Head/Program chair who in turn submits it to the QA office for submission to AACCUP.

Definition of Terms:

Narrative Profile—a comprehensive write-up on the four (4) areas identified for evaluation
