1. `How do you maintain a learning environment that is responsive to your community’s


context? Describe the context in your area and share teacher practices that contribute to
further improvement of your community?
a. As a teacher in an area where the community is highly adopted to 21st century
community, I understand the importance of creating a learning environment that is
responsive to their context. Our students come from diverse backgrounds and have
varying academic and social needs and its important that we as a educators meet this
needs to support their growth and development.
To achieved this, I have implemented several practices that contribute to further
improvement in our community. I used technology to facilitate student’s centered
learning and make the environment engaging and interactive. I also integrate real world
scenarios and project that align with the student’s interest and goals to make learning
more relevant and meaningful.
I emphasize to develop a positive and inclusive classroom cultures that values diversities
and promotes respect and understanding. I work to create an environment where
students feel safe to express themselves, share their experiences, and learn from each
other. By doing so we can foster a sense of belonging and community with in our
classroom.

2. How do you develop your teaching practice with the existing laws and apply to teaching and
responsibility specified in the code of ethics for Professional Teachers? How do you develop
your teaching practice in accordance with existing regulations?
a. As a professional teacher, I take my responsibilities seriously and strive to develop my
teaching practice in accordance with existing laws and regulations that apply to the
teaching profession and the code of ethics for professional teachers.
To achieved this, I keep myself informed and updated on the latest laws and regulations
that apply to teaching. I make it a point to review and understand this laws as well as the
code of ethics for professional teachers, to ensure that I am meeting my responsibilities
and obligations as a professional educator.
Moreover, I seek out professional development opportunities that align with these laws
and regulations, such as attending workshop or seminars that address legal and ethical
issues in education. These opportunities help me to develop a deeper understanding of
the legal and ethical framework within which I operate as well as practical strategies for
incorporating this principle into my teaching practice.
3. In which practices do you show care, respect, and integrity to learners, colleagues, parents and
other education stakeholders? How these practices uphold the dignity of the teaching
profession?
a. As a teacher, my aim is to create a safe and inclusive learning environment where all
learners feel valued, respected and supported to achieve this, I believe that it is essential
to demonstrate care, respect and integrity in all my interactions with learners,
colleagues, parents and other education stakeholders.
One way that I demonstrate care is by showing genuine interest in my learner’s well
being and success. I take time to get to know each student that interest strength and
challenges and I used this information to personalized my instructions and support. I
also provide regular feedback that is constructive, specific, and encouraging so that
learners can feel that I am invested in their progress.
Respect is also essential in upholding the dignity of the teaching professions. As you
respect by valuing diversity and promoting inclusion in my classroom. I recognize and
appreciate the unique contributions that each learner brings to the classroom, and I
make sure to create opportunities for all learners to participate and engage in learning. I
also respect my colleagues’ opinions and ideas even if we may disagree, I maintain a
positive and collaborative relationship with parents and other education stakeholders.
Integrity is another crucial quality that upholds the dignity of the teaching professions as
a teacher I hold myself accountable for my actions and decisions I am transparent in my
communication with learners, colleagues, and parents and I follow through on my
commitments. I also model the behavior such as honesty, fairness and responsibility so
that learners can learn my example.
Overall, by demonstrating care, respect, and integrity I believe that I am upholding the

a. As a teacher, I am committed to continuous learning and professions development I
recognize the value of extracurricular activities in expanding my knowledge and
understanding of diversity.
One extracurricular activity that I engage in is attending conferences and workshops that
focus on diversity and inclusion. These events provide opportunities to learn from expert
in the field explore new perspectives and strategies and networks with other educators
who share my interest in promoting diversity and equity.
I also make an effort to seek out diverse perspectives in my own reading and research. I
read books and articles that explore different cultures, experiences and identities and I
make sure to include materials from arrange of authors and voices. This helps me to

around.
