Observation:
 In stand # 1, for motor maximum vibration found 2.692800045
mm/sec (RMS) at the point Motor NDE in Horizontal direction
and the dominant vibration amplitude is 2.54 mm/sec (RMS) at
frequency 18112.5.
 For Gear box the maximum vibration amplitude found 0.3
mm/sec (RMS) at the point B6 in axial direction and the dominant
vibration amplitude is 0.24 mm/sec (RMS) at frequency 18150.

Analysis and Recommendation:


As per ISO-10816 Vibration Severity Chart the motor and gear box are
in Class IV zone. Hence both machine is running in Satisfactory Zone. As
for both machine dominant vibration mplitude at 1X of running RPM,
the value is not significant, so further analysis is not required.
