How can child stay healthy


1. Balanced Diet: Encourage children to eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and proteins to ensure they receive
essential nutrients for growth and development.
2. Physical Activity: Encourage regular physical activity to promote healthy growth, strengthen muscles and bones, and improve
overall fitness levels.
3. Adequate Sleep: Ensure children get enough sleep according to their age group to support physical and mental well-being.
4. Hygiene: Teach children good hygiene practices such as regular handwashing to prevent the spread of germs and infections.
5. Regular Check-ups: Schedule regular visits to the pediatrician for check-ups, vaccinations, and to address any health concerns.
6. Limit Screen Time: Set limits on screen time for activities like watching TV, using computers, and playing video games to
promote physical activity and social interaction.
