Correctly operation and use:
The following information is provided for your safety and to prevent damage to the
equipment or parts connected to it. The information listed in this section is usually involved
when dealing with equipment related matters. Please read the following carefully and
ensure compliance.
Alarm:
This equipment has dangerous voltage, and it controls rotating parts with dangerous
voltage. If you do not comply with the provisions of the warning or do not operate in
accordance with the requirements of this manual, it may cause death, serious personal
injury or significant property damage.
Only certified qualified professionals are allowed to operate this equipment and are familiar
with all the safety instructions and relevant installation, operation and maintenance
provisions in this manual before using the equipment. Proper handling, installation,
operation and maintenance is a reliable guarantee for the safe and successful operation of
this equipment.
Pay attention to the danger of electric shock, even if the power supply has been cut off,
the DC circuit capacitor of the equipment still has dangerous voltage.Therefore, this
device is not allowed to be turned on until 5 minutes after the power is turned off.
The pe mark on the equipment refers to the protective grounding through the
grounding conductor. The cross-section of the grounding conductor shall be such
that the voltage at the grounding point shall not exceed 10V when the pe
grounding point is shorted with the grounding bus.
the customer must provide safe and reliable grounding and standard three-phase five-wire
system power supply, and the power supply line u, v, w, and the dustn and pe must be
connected as specified.
After the equipment is shut down, there is still some residual high pressure water in the
pipeline of the high pressure pump. Please pay attention to the discharge.

This equipment can only be used for the purpose specified by the manufacturer, and can
only be used with the components and devices recommended and approved by our
company. Please use special tools when maintaining the machine set, if not using the
special tool may cause fire, electric shock or other injury, unit of
parts failure.
Operating procedures and equipment components shall not be changed without
authorization, unauthorized modifications may lead to fire.

Please keep the packing during the warranty period.
If the equipment is to be shut down for a long time, the continuous closing time of the total
power supply shall not exceed 180 days to ensure the equipment is stable. When
measuring or testing the live equipment in the operating state, use the appropriate

Before the pump starts running, the temporary plug (a) used in transit must be replaced
with the randomly attached breathing nozzle ruler (b).

Operation and operation:
1.1 Matters needing attention before boot
Before the equipment is opened, confirm the components (solenoid valve, filter, etc.), the
pipeline has been connected correctly;
※ before the first electrification of the equipment, confirm that the distribution power and
wiring mode meet the equipment requirements;
※ The water supply capacity meets the requirements of the maximum atomization of the
system; the temporary oil plug of the plunger pump is replaced with the breathing nozzle oil
ruler;
※ After the power is turned on, check that each power plant is working properly, such as
the sound of the power plant is different at work. If there is a leakage phenomenon, it should
be shut down and checked immediately.
※ Check the wind direction of the variable frequency motor heat dissipation fan and the air
supply direction towards the motor body after the power is turned on. If you do not replace
the power supply any two-phase (fire line) wiring.
Click enter system to pop up the user login window. The operator and
administrator passwords in the login window are delivered to the customer after
the installation of the device, and the customer staff can log in according to
different permissions.

After the user logs in, click [enter the system] to open the main control window
interface.
[remote control function] click on this button, the device remote control can control
the work of the device;
[Host Force] Click this button, the device has no sub-box to control the device
operation;
[distribution box monitoring] click on this button, the equipment can view and
control the distribution box work;
[Parameter setting] requires administrator permission, and then enters the function
selection interface after clicking.

you need parameter restore, please click [restore factory settings]. After 5 seconds,
the parameters will be restored to the factory setting value;

1. Pump
Before carrying out any maintenance work, remove all pressure from the whole
system loop and cut off all power of the driving pump. After maintenance, check
for tools, rags or other objects or near dangerous areas before restarting the
pump. Replace overwork parts with original parts and use lubricating oils
recommended by the manufacturer. Deal with worn parts and lubricants in
accordance with relevant legal provisions. Follow the manufacturer's instructions
for daily maintenance to maintain pump performance and safety.

Check the oil level:
Check the oil level in case the pump is in the
horizontal position and the cooling condition.
Check the oil quantity through the level gauge
(A). When required, add oil according to the
brand and specification specified in the
"lubricating oil table". Follow these steps to
refuel:1. Unscrew plug (B) for oil and know that
the oil level is above half of the scale of the
level gauge

When the pump is slightly humid and hot, do
not discharge the oil into the natural
environment by placing the pump on a fully
horizontal surface. Deal with used oil in
accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
When replacing the oil, follow these steps: 1.

used oil. 2. Unscrew the drain plug (A), to drain
all the oil. 3. Screw the plug (A) 4. Unscrew the
oil ruler (B) 5. Add new oil to the appropriate oil
level through the filling port (see "check oil

Lubricating Oil
The pump has been lubricated when it leaves the factory, and the parameters of the lubricating
oil have been marked on the nameplate of the pump.
When replacing the oil, the selection of the viscosity of the lubricating oil suitable for the working
environment (see the recommendations in the appendix and the operating conditions)
The choice of the viscosity of the lubricating oil needs to be determined according to the external
temperature.
Please select the lubricating oil suitable for the operating environment temperature according to
the figure below.
1. When the host is selected, the host with automatic constant temperature
function of the host can be purchased according to the actual use environment;
2. The power supply must be switched on when the host of the automatic
constant temperature function of the main machine is not in use, so as to ensure that
the automatic constant-temperature function is operating normally.
4. Before entering the icing period, the equipment must empty all the water in
the pipeline, in the water pump, in the filter and in the water tank. The specific
operation is as follows:
