Features
• Fully Functional Live Engine System: Allows for demonstrations of gasoline engine
performance and operational principles.
• Intuitive Wiring Diagrams: Diagrams are painted on the panel, with test points for diagnosing
various electrical signals from the engine control unit's input sensors and output
actuators, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency, and waveform signals.
• OBDII Data Link Connector: Installed for connecting to an automotive decoder to read and
clear fault codes and access the data stream from the engine's electrical control system.
• Dashboard and Pressure Gauges: Equipped with a dashboard, fuel gauge, and vacuum
pressure gauge to illustrate changes in parameters like engine speed, injection pressure,
and intake manifold pressure.
• Protective Devices: Includes a master power switch, water tank protector, flywheel protector,
and other safety features.
• Intelligent Fault Insertion and Appraisal System: Includes troubleshooting and assessment
functions, controlled via an app installed on a mobile phone.
• Movable Stand: Mounted on a movable stand with a self-lock feature for the wheels.
• Engine Characteristics: Turbocharged petrol engine, 1.0 to 1.5L, VVT-I / I-VTEC, 3 or 4
cylinder, 12 or 16 valve, 4-cycle transverse, overhead valve, water-cooled, with a timing
chain.
