6. Conduct Pre-assessment
Pre-test should be given right away after orientation
Remember to discuss RPL before the distribution of modules
7. Then distribute CBLM to the trainees. Then Assign trainees to their respective workstations
8. Monitor activities continuously and provide feedback.
9. Update the achievement & progress chart.
10. Conduct Institutional Assessment
11. Conduct post-test.
12. Evaluate session by giving Session Evaluation Form to the trainees.

Eye to eye contact while discussing the topic.
