PROPOSED QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TOTO SANITARY WARES

PROJECT -

With reference to the above, we are pleased to submit herewith our quotation for your kind consideration subject to the following
terms & conditions:

Prices:
a) The buyer has accepted the purchase price stated on this agreement.
b) Prices quoted are included with 0% of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and SST or similar added Taxes. Any amount paid or payable
under invoice or agreement on account of GST shall be calculated and paid additional to the said invoice amounts.
c) Purchase price are based on supply and delivery only.
d) In view of the volatile currency exchange between MYR to USD, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly should the
exchange rate of 1 USD exceed RM 4.20 at the time of importation.

Delivery:
a) Price quoted include unloading to ground level only. Any carriage & cartage to site store
will be the Main Contractor’s responsibilities.
b) Upon receiving the Deposit, purchase Order and Delivery Schedule, time frame required for the delivery is approx.
14 weeks and subject to factory’s confirmation.
c) For delay collection and non-payment before delivery, goods will stored at our premises for maximum of 2 weeks from
requested delivery date after which W. Atelier Sdn Bhd reserve the rights to dispose the items to other buyers and re-ordering
and delivery of goods are subject to factory’s reconfirmation, and W. Atelier Sdn Bhd is not responsible for causing this delay.

Variation Order:
a) In the event of any changes in quantity or specifications of Purchase Order, we required at least 10 weeks notification
before the date of delivery, in order to necessitate any changes. No changes will be
accepted if the above notification time frame is not given.

Cancellation:
a) Any Deposit collected will not be refundable.
b) Deposit paid are 100% forfeited upon received written confirmation on cancellation.
c) Indent Items and Custom Made Items are subject to 100% cancellation charges, in the event of cancellation.

Exchange of Items:
Exchanged / Returns Items shall be in original packaging and in good conditions. Management reserved the final rights to
rejects any exchange or cancellation of Items.

Payment Terms:
Cash - Full Payment during indent order.
All cheque or online banking shall be made payable to : W.ATELIER SDN BHD

Quotation Validity:
30 days from date of quotation.
