equipment, design, and similar items nor Company
acceptance of factory or job site test data, procedures, and
04 GENERAL the like on an individual basis, shall constitute acceptance by PMT Noted and confirmed
Company of information contained therein or result thereof
or relieve Contractor of any of its responsibilities under the
contract.
