The Romanian history proved that we are an alive, fighting and united nation. Our present history is the result of our life, of our fight for freedom and independence. That is the reason why we gathered here today to proclaim our new life, our aspirations for us and for the future. And with us there are rivers, mountains, forests, birds and animals. We shouldnt forget the words of our national poet Mihai Eminescu. And we are all equals, and we all have the right to happiness and freedom. Lets not forget that he, the communist tyrant, threw a shadow on our years, our family, our faith and our dreams.

He refused us the access to the freedom of word. He refused us the right to faith. He refused the dialogue with the nation. He refused us the right to a decent life. He took us our right to minimal expectations for a decent life: food, warmth, etc He starved the Romanian population. He acclaimed the childrens death in the hospitals by lack of medications, food and heat. He mocked and he robbed the population.

He controlled the Government and he owned the whole power.

He transformed Justice in the most important instrument of manipulating the popular masses. He raised lie to rank of law.

 He made from censorship a real weapon of domination. He refused other persons the right to be elected as a president of The Socialist Republic of Romania. He is responsible Romanian people. of serious crimes against the

He undermined the state power organizing armed actions against the population. He was the author of the genocide of more than 60.000 victims. He undermined the national economy. He took our right to travel across our borders. He exported armament for big tyrants of the world to complete the works of death and tyranny.

He condemned his own opponents to hard years in dungeons.

In all this time we made several Petitions and we asked for help to the democratic world. That is why we suffered long years of prison and oppression. We swear with our life, our fortune and our honor that we will fight for releasing ourselves. We will be free and independent. SO HELP US GOD!

Without acclaiming the utterly truth we tried, using the indictment addressed to Ceausescu family, to contour an independence declaration, of our parents and grandparents generation. Why? Because we have no right to forget.
