Updated text for main controller video

1. 1st screen – Power check


a. Take the main controller board and remove all connectors from it.
b. Connect the following cables to it:
i. .
ii. .
iii. .
c. Turn on the power button and check the LEDs.
d. If red and green LEDs glow then the power is ON.

2. 2 screen – Voltage check
a. Check the 5V & 12V voltage with multi-meter using the connector.
b. Touch the BLACK probe with a black wire and the RED probe with a yellow wire. The
multi-meter should show a reading of 12V.
c. Next touch the RED probe with a red wire. In this case, the multi-meter should show a
reading of 5V.
d. In our case, the 12V fuse of the upper connector is damaged so it doesn’t show any
ready. 5V shows correct reading.

3. 3 screen – 12V fuses check
a. Next turn off the power.
b. Place the probe one by one on each of the 12V fuses.
c. If the multi-meter beeps, the fuse is okay otherwise it is damaged.
d. In our case, fuse-1 is damaged (no beep). Fuses 2 & 3 are okay.

4. 4 screen – 5V fuse check
a. Place the probe as shown in the video.
b. If the multi-meter beeps, the fuse is okay.
5. Ethernet check
a. With the Ethernet cable disconnected, the LED connector will not glow.
b. When it is connected, the LED connector will glow.
c. From the software on your computer, check if the connection is established or not.
Before doing this, ensure that the clock Ethernet switch is on the Ethernet side.
