About Sunrise Boutique Hotels Group:
The Sunrise Boutique Hotels Group is a chain of three boutique hotels situated in different parts of the city - Downtown, Riverside, and Uptown. Each hotel has its
distinct theme and caters to a mix of business and leisure travellers.
1. Downtown Sunrise:
 Size: 100 rooms
 Facilities: Rooftop bar, conference room, gym, spa
 Operational Issues: Two reported cases of food poisoning from the rooftop bar, a pending lawsuit related to a guest's injury in the gym, expired business
license.
2. Riverside Sunrise:
 Size: 75 rooms
 Facilities: Riverside restaurant, boat rides, swimming pool
 Operational Issues: Non-compliance with environmental regulations for boat rides, three instances of unauthorized parties in the banquet hall, a pending
case related to a drowning incident in the pool.
3. Uptown Sunrise:
 Size: 120 rooms
 Facilities: Underground nightclub, fine-dining restaurant, parking
 Operational Issues: Noise complaints from the neighbouring residential area due to the nightclub, four reported cases of car thefts from the parking area,
non-compliance with fire safety regulations in the restaurant.
