MAYOR’S MESSAGE (MAY 16, 2024)- People’s Caravan

To our humble and hardworking Governor, Hon. Arthur Defensor Jr,. Our very
supportive Congressman of the 4th District of Iloilo, Dr. ferejenel Biron and
party. Officer-in-charge, of the National Housing Authority- Community Service
Support Department, Mr. Donhill V. Alcain, Our National Housing Authority
Assistant General Manager Mr. Alvin Feliciano, Engineer, Hermes Jude D.
Juntillo, Regional Manager of the National Housing Authority of Western
Visayas, Representatives and heads of Different Government Agencies who are
here this morning, our vice mayor Filemon Iran Jr, SB members, Local Officials,
Department Heads, registered participants, PNP, AFP, my constituents- mga
pinalangga ko nga Banatenhon, guests, ladies and gentlemen, Welcome
everyone to the Home of Kasag Festival, ang Pinalangga nga Banwa, The
Municipality of Banate.

I would like to thank everyone for your great cooperation in making this great
milestone to happen In the Municipality of Banate. This event- People’s Caravan
is a great effort on which most of the government and private organizations and
agencies come together to help the community especially the people of Banate.
I am excited to witness the flow of the events. I am humbled that this event is
happening in my hometown. As the Local Chief Executive of this Municipality I
am looking forward for a greater, tighter, and more projects and development
that will happen in Banate. Banate has a long way to go I creating and
generating projects for the development and welfare of the community. I am
offering myself to render full support in this meaningful activity. To the National
Housing Authority, Thank you very much for bringing your good deeds to our
Municipality. To all the Guests, participants, National Regional officials who are
here gracing in this occasion. Welcome once again to Banate. Rest assured we
will be at your side in creating progress not just here in my town, but in
province of Iloilo and to the whole country. Advance Congratulations to us and
