preparing the signature chicken pastel and other menu items.

increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and

d=61559684411269

Pricing Method:

- The pricing strategy for our menu items, is based on a cost-plus pricing model.
This approach ensures that the selling price covers the total cost of production
while also incorporating a desired profit margin.
- Additionally, psychological pricing tactics have been employed to enhance
customer perception of value and affordability. The selling price of ₱79 per jar for
our Chicken Pastil utilizes charm pricing, ending the price in 9 to make it seem
more attractive and affordable to customers.

Appendix C.

Benefits of Owner-Operated Model:

• Cost Savings: Significant reduction in labor costs allows more resources to be

allocated to marketing, product development, and quality improvement.
• Direct Control: Owners can directly oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring
high standards of quality and service are maintained.
• Flexible Operations: The flexibility to adapt quickly to changing market
conditions and customer preferences.
