Academy. Using the famous case study method pioneered at HARVARD, ESA teaches
modern essential subjects and 21st-century critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
The program makes school children 10X CONFIDENT in the real world.
I am writing today to propose the inclusion of our learning program into CIPLA’s
employee wellness program, specifically to benefit the children of employees at CIPLA.

Overview of Early Steps Academy

Early Steps Academy has been founded by a Harvard Business School (HBS) & IIT Alum
Sneha Biswas. It is built to make education more relevant for 8-18-year-olds across the
world. We have designed a first-time-ever curriculum made of modern essential subjects
such as Personal Finance, Entrepreneurship, Crypto and many more.
