DESIGNATING A PERMANENT AND ALTERNATE

REPRESENTATIVE TO THE VALENZUELA COOPERATIVE
DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (VCDC) SELECTION OF
MEMBERS

“WHEREAS, STA. LUCIA MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE (SLMPC) is a

qualified candidate in the selection for the membership in the Valenzuela Cooperative
Development Council (VCDC);

WHEREAS, SLMPC is required to designate a permanent representative and alternate

representative to the selection process;

WHEREAS, SLMPC’s Board of Directors in special meeting unanimously selected

the Chairman and the Manager as the permanent and alternate representatives to VCDC.

RESOLVED THEREFORE, that Chairman, Steven A. Alonzo and Manager, Elenita

M. Feliciano be designated as permanent and alternate representatives respectively to
VCDC’s selection of members.”

certify that at the meeting of the Board of Directors duly convened and held on January
12, 2013, the above resolution was approved and adopted by the quorum of members
