 Tour guides are official ambassador of given country and huge role promoting
destination in various ways.
 They are knowledgeable in providing information about the destinations for the actual
and potential guests.
 Problem
They do not describe what their destinations look like
They do not have sound linkage with tour operators, travelagents, guest and other fellow
tour guides.
