JOB DESCRIPTION - HR Manager - Recruitment & Talent Development

Location : Okhla
CTC: 5 to 10 LPA + Incentives + ESOPS

Key Responsibilities:
● Recruit top talent by screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring
processes for various roles
● Onboard new hires seamlessly and ensure completion of training programs
● Design and implement training modules for different functions
● Track employee progress and provide performance feedback

Requirements:
● 4+ years of recruitment and talent management experience
● Proven ability to source, interview and hire top-notch candidates
● Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
● Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
