elements of the CLARIFY step in the strategy framework.

Research Sustainability Issue Forums that have organized around the issues that you
have identified for you company.

Look for the following basic information:

1. The name of the issue forum.

2. The composition of the members (businesses, NGOs, government?).
3. The scope of their activities (geographic, industry, community).
4. The degree of standardization, that is, have they established a preferred
solution(s) to the issue areas of concern?
a. Is there a Certification Process?
b. Is there an Audit Process?
5. Is your case study company a member? Are they active?
