NARRATIVE REPORT ON

RECOGNITION SY 2021-2022

To give merit to the hard work of the honor students this SY 2021-2022, the
teachers of Ipag National High School organized a Face-to-Face Recognition Day.
And to impart this to the parents, a pre-recognition meeting was held to talk about
the measures and protocol for the upcoming event.

The meeting was participated by the grade 7 parents of the honor students.
The meeting aimed to discuss the following:

1. Grading System
2. List of awardees
3. Venue
4. Date and time
5. Health Protocol to be observed
6. Others

As the meeting was about to end, the parents and teachers agreed on the said
agenda and oath to abide it.
