MEDICAL REPORT
TO WHOME IT MAY CONCERN
Patient presented with complain of lump in her left breast since last 1 year, there is no history of
associated pain, from last 4 months this lump increased in size rapidly and from past 1 month
there is complain of blood discharge from the lump site. there is no history of trauma, no
history of any previous surgery, no family history of CA breast.
The patient visited doctor two months back and was advised biopsy but patient did not follow
the patient.
On examination there is huge lump in her left breast almost 8 * 10 cm in size, it is irregular in
shape and hard in consistency, there is overlying wound on the skin with blood mixed fluid
discharge from the lump.
Patient mammography showed large lump with BIRADS 4 c CLASSIFICATION.
Trucut biopsy done for the lump which showed INVASIVE DUCTAL CARCINOMA OF NST.
Patient seems to have advance cancer
Clinical stage: T4N1Mx
She needs further investigations for proper staging and treatment options accordingly.
