2. Get sleep better under control – either do CBT for insomnia (start
at chapter ten and read forward and implement) or if not going to
do then get your doctor to prescribe you dayvigo
a. you get >6 hours of sleep per night (which getting less =
increased dementia risk)
3. Get pain better managed = I want you to try 2 weeks of 2
extended release Tylenol arthritis 3 times per day (every 8
hours), no more than 6 tablets per day.
People who have had no effect with regular tylenol and effect with

tylenol arthritis 😊

cholesterol statin medication since you’re not treated to LDL <2
and I feel your cardiac risk is high
5. tell your doctor about your TIA episode so you can get a
neck/carotid ultrasound and see the neurology specialists to
control risk best we can
6. drink below the canada’s low risk drinking guidelines <3 drinks
per week, 3-7 = increased alcohol related cancers, 7+ =
cardiovascular concerns
7. Get a breast reduction surgery, currently overweight with
multiple CV risk factors -> risk of death increased/high
