Dear, SHANAVAS BAVA Further to your recent submission of your CV, application and interview
form in respect of employment for the coming staff. The Mall is hereby informing you that you
have been appointed as (SECURITY GUARD) in Milton Mall- under of Mark Hughes at a Salary of
(3470 CAD) only per month. Free Accommodation, feeding, Flight Ticket, will be arrange by the
management of the Company.

Day of Commencement
You are expected to report to your duties as from 25th July, 2024. Start from the date of your
acceptance your contracts is based on a period of two years after which we may renew it based on
your performance and mutual agreement.
Travel Document Expenses: Company Management is responsible for all your travel processing
expenses.
Joining Expenses: You and your family (Wife and Husband with two children up to the age of
eighteen) will be entitled to economic class air ticket.
Leave
You will be entitled to 21 working days of leave at full pay. However the leave days should only be
taken at a time most be suitable for both you and Mall management.
Sick Leave
You are entitled to up to 29 working days of sick leave at full pay.
Paternity Leave
You are entitled to a paternity leave of up to (two) calendar weeks of which you should apply seven
days beforehand.
Location
You will be work at 55 Ontario St S, Milton, ON L9T 2M3, Canada, but may be required to work at
other branch determined by the decision of Mall management.
Training
Note: Training of 1month for all our incoming staff immediately arrive here in Canada, Also conduct
face to face Formal interview before work.
Responsibility
A security guard, or Security Officer, is responsible for protecting a person, organization or asset in
the case of an incident. Their duties include monitoring a specific area, evicting trespassers and
writing reports detailing any occurrences during their shift.
Hours of Work
The normal working days are [Monday] to [Saturday]. You will be required to work for such hours
as necessary for the proper discharge of your duty to the Mall. The normal working hours are
from [9am] to [5pm] and you are expected to work not less than [8Hours] hours in a day, forty
eight hours per week and if necessary for additional hours depending on your responsibility.
