Sub: Requesting for Transfer of Learning License to RTO Office Mayabunder reg:

Respected Sir,
With due respect I am to state that I am having a valid learning license of
both Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler which was obtained from Port Blair at
your good and as my all-required document (proof of my identity /address) for
applying of learning license is of Port Blair. In this regard it is to say that my
father who is working in Police Dept. and he had transferred to Nicobar District
and I am presently residing at Paresh Nagar, Nimbudera, N & M Andaman. As
such for making of License I request you to kindly transfer of my Learning
License to RTO Office Mayabunder to enable me to obtain License from RTO
Office Mayabunder.
It is therefore requested that in view of the above said reason kindly
consider my case and transfer my Learning License to Mayabunder RTO Office
to enable me to obtain the license Please.
