Rules and Regulations
a) The Sports / Religious event should be exclusively for the organizers and no other activity
shall be undertaken in the premises.

b) The Organizer should not sub-lease the permission of the said GHMC Playground to any
other organizers/individuals.

c) The organizers shall provide adequate parking place as well as the basic amenities to the
persons who attend the above mentioned programme with in the Playground. The Vehicle
Should be parked without party flags.

d) The sound levels of the loud speakers shall be maintained in such a manner as not to disturb
the local residents. The organizers should use Sound Proof Generator.

e) Water and Electricity charges will be borne separately by the organizers.

f) Damage to the Playground will be recovered from the organizers.
g) If any accident occurs during the said programme, the GHMC will not be held responsible.
h). The Organizers should obtain Police permission from the concerned Police Station and
necessary Public safety measures shall be taken. The Organizers are only responsible for any
security failure.
i) The Organizers shall obtained fire permission from the concerned Fire Stations they should
take all the preventive measures.
j) The Organizers shall have fire extinguishers at designated place as a precautionary measure.
k) The Organizers shall intimate the cancellation, if any of the programme one day before the
commencement of the same.
l) The Organizers shall arrange for positioning of 108 Ambulance in case of untoward Incident.
m) The Organizer shall provide VIP Passes or Free entry to the GHMC officials on duty.
n) The GHMC has right to permit / reject the above said temporary permission without
assigning any reason thereof.
